The first step is a free 15-minute consultation. We will briefly talk about what has been happening, what you are hoping will change, and whether my approach to anxiety therapy feels like a good fit.

If we decide to move forward, sessions are held virtually and are 55 minutes long. I work with adults across New York State and meet with clients weekly to support consistent, meaningful change.

I provide virtual anxiety therapy in New York, including support for panic disorder, health anxiety, chronic pain, and CBT-based treatment approaches.

Fees and Insurance

My fee is $250 per 55-minute session.

I am an out-of-network provider and can provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
